Can I choose the value of the voucher?
You can. When purchasing a voucher you can either select from a voucher of a set amount, or set your own amount by selecting the ‘Custom Amount’ option.
Vouchers of a set mount are available in $100, $200 & $300 values.
If setting your own amount, simply select the ‘Custom Amount’ option and enter your desired value.

Can I add a special message to the voucher?
Yes, you can add a custom to message to your voucher when completing the recipient’s information upon checkout. Adding a special message is a great option for birthdays, Christmas & anniversaries.

Can you send the voucher for me?
Of course! If you would like us to send the voucher directly to the recipient, please select this option (checkbox) upon checkout. You will then be prompted to enter the recipient’s email address.
You will also receive a copy of the voucher and your receipt

I don’t want the voucher sent to the recipient, can it just be sent to me instead?
Absolutely! If you don’t tick the box asking us to send the voucher directly to the recipient, the voucher will only be emailed to the purchaser.

My voucher has expired, can I still use it?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is specified on the voucher. Unfortunately, once a gift voucher has expired it cannot be redeemed. If you have any questions regarding expired gift vouchers, please call our booking office on

The voucher is in my name, can I use it to make a booking for the whole family?
Yes, the gift voucher and the booking do not need to be under the same name. Gift vouchers can be used to make a booking in any name.

What if the booking total is more than the voucher value?
If the booking total is greater than the voucher value, you can still use your voucher and make payment of the remaining balance. Simply enter the voucher number to apply the gift voucher. The balance will be recalculated automatically and the remaining balance can be paid using any of our regular payment methods.

What if the Voucher value is more than the booking total?
If you don’t use the full balance of the gift voucher, the residual balance will remain on the gift voucher for future use (subject to the original expiry date specified on the gift voucher).

Can I get a refund for the balance of my voucher?
Our gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you have a residual balance on your gift voucher, the balance will remain on the gift voucher for future use (subject to the original expiry date specified on the gift voucher).
