Chartered Cruise
The World Heritage Cruises Catamaran is available to clubs, corporate groups or any special interest groups wishing to enjoy the pleasures of a cruise together.
The most popular option – a three-hour evening cruise – departs Strahan around 6pm, allowing ample time to take in Hells Gates and the sights of Macquarie Harbour.
The World Heritage Cruises Catamaran caters for groups of between 30 and 200 people.

Once we depart Strahan we visit (in order):
Hells Gates - The narrow entry from the wild Southern Ocean to Macquarie Harbour, named by the convicts on their way to the Hell on earth of Sarah Island.
Liberty Point - See Aquaculture pens stocked with thousands of Atlantic salmon and Ocean trout.
Enjoy a sample of our local produce included in your lunch.
Sarah Island - Stop and step ashore to explore the harshest convict settlement in Australia and relive the absorbing tale of how the convicts turned a hell on earth into one of the largest ship building yards in Australia. Pre-dating Port Arthur and feared by every convict, this settlement has a 'history with a twist' as you will learn from our guides. Sarah Island is a must-see.
Gordon River/Heritage Landing - The highlight of your Gordon River Cruise, rediscover serenity in this famous World Heritage wilderness with a boardwalk stroll through the ancient forests at Heritage Landing.
Seating Options
Our vessel's extra large windows, spacious layout and luxurious seating provides every opportunity to take in the breath taking Gordon River scenery. All passengers have an allocated seat inside, with access to walk freely all over the vessel.
